Hi, I’m Mike 👋

In 2016, I made the life-changing decision to retire early and pursue my passion for health and fitness and become a Personal Trainer.. After a fulfilling career in rivers and environmental management, and also running my own construction business, I embarked on a new journey with the intention of inspiring others to live healthier, happier, and fitter lives, while staying inspired myself. With over 40 years of training experience in a range of disciplines, from Running to Strength and Conditioning, Martial Arts, Nutrition, and Motivational coaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my clients.

 I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with a Level 3 Diploma in GP Referral, I’ve also completed several fitness-related courses, including sports rehabilitation and nutrition , equipping me with a diverse skill set to cater to a wide range of needs. I’m always seeking new challenges and ways to enhance my practice keeping up to date with all the latest science based information as well as taking current trends for checking. Currently, I’m enjoying the balance that practicing  Yoga brings to my strength and conditioning work for myself and with my clients. My personable approach honed over years of working with people at different levels will help guarantee you the best possible results .
