He really encourages you to push yourself but is also realistic and is able to advise if you have any injuries that need to be taken into account. I have trained with Mike every week for over a year .He is supportive and encouraging every step of the way .He gently coaches and corrects without ever making you feel that you are doing anything wrong, more that you could see more progress and improve if you make slight corrections .He challenges you to push yourself but is always mindful of the whole person and how day by day,week by week ‚every session is different.
