My Larger Group Training service is coming soon and will be designed for groups of up to 10 individuals. Training sessions can be accommodated for women only , men only , mixed and juniors. They will feature a combination of resistance training with weights and HIIT style cardio workouts . All equipment from Barbells to dumbbells and resistance bands will be available to ensure the best possible workout experience. Ideal for those wanting regular group sessions ,community groups, corporate teams, or any larger assembly looking to get fit together, these sessions bring the energy and excitement of group dynamics to fitness. The workouts are scaled to cater to various fitness levels and ages within the group, ensuring everyone can participate and benefit. With larger groups, the focus is on creating an inclusive, encouraging environment where each member can feed off the group’s collective energy.
The location for these larger group sessions will be at an independent venue, confirmed upon booking. Feel free to enquire beforehand to find out the specific location where we’ll be meeting for our training sessions.
