My Group 1-2-1 Training service caters to small groups of 2 to 3 people, perfect for friends or family members who want to train together. It’s a blend of the personalised attention of 1-2-1 training with the added motivation that comes from being part of a team. You’ll still receive individualised attention and tailored workouts, but with the dynamic atmosphere and camaraderie of a group setting.
